Welcome to hytchU, a platform operated by Hytch LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). hytchU provides a forum exclusively for college students to search for and offer rides within their college communities. hytchU is a social transportation platform, not a rideshare service, and does not facilitate payments between users for rides. Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") before using the hytchU platform.

By accessing or using hytchU’s website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Services.

hytchU is available exclusively to college students. To register, users must provide valid proof of college enrollment, which may include a student email, student ID, or other documentation.

Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in the platform.

hytchU acts as a forum for students to connect and coordinate travel arrangements. The platform provides tools for posting rides, searching for rides, and tracking trips for safety purposes. hytchU does not:

• Operate as a transportation service.
• Employ drivers.
• Facilitate or process ride payments.

Users must pay a membership fee to access hytchU’s platform. Membership fees grant access to the search and posting features, but do not include any charges for rides, as hytchU does not facilitate financial transactions for transportation services.

Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including valid college credentials.

Users must adhere to ethical conduct while using hytchU. This includes but is not limited to:

• No harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
• Respectful communication with other users.
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

hytchU is a neutral booking platform and is not liable for any incidents occurring during rides arranged through the platform, including but not limited to:

• Accidents
• Personal injuries
• Crimes committed by users

Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their own safety and interactions with others.

While hytchU verifies student status, we do not conduct background checks on users. Users are encouraged to take necessary precautions, such as:

• Meeting in public spaces
• Checking reviews and user ratings
• Using tracking features

hytchU is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The rides posted are accurate, safe, or available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hytch LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Property damage
• Financial loss due to ride arrangements

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hytch LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of their use of the platform or any rides taken.

Hytch LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe behavior
• Provide false or misleading information

All disputes arising from the use of hytchU shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Hytch LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of hytchU after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
